Welcome Jon
Following the introduction of the Submariners Association Management Guidelines, Jon Schultz, a dedicated Associate Member of the Gosport Branch, proudly received his Association Full Membership card at the Branch meeting on Wed 2nd August. This pivotal milestone further solidifies Jon’s commitment to our vibrant community of submariners.
Jon retired from the US Submarine Navy in 2007 with 20 years of honourable service as a Yeoman First Class.
Throughout his career he had been awarded various personal and campaign medals. He was awarded with a Defence Meritorious Service Medal while working for NATO in the NCSA Sector Naples, Italy from June 2004 to February 2007.
Jon has been a UK Resident since April 2009 and has served on the Gosport Submariners Association Committee as the Raffle Coordinator from May 2018 to April 2022.
